While dental schools provide the tools and skills needed to become technically skilled and clinically successful at dentistry, there are two other vital “keys” that Dental Team Coaches, Shari Tastad and Fran Pangakis, have found necessary for long-term success: business acumen and effective leadership. Attending Lessons in Leadership will equip participants with the tools and skills required for both.

What to expect

You will join a limited group of your peers to learn the principals and tools of effective leadership and enhance the leadership skills you uniquely possess. Hands-on activities, helpful discussion and honest goal setting will all be a part of this transforming weekend.
