Fran Pangakis
Fran Pangakis, author, speaker and coach is a certified training and development professional with extensive skills in facilitation, communications, training, coaching and professional development.
Through EBrilliance Fran works with leaders and their teams by using performance management assessments to unlock talent by tapping into Emotional Intelligence factors and behavioral traits. She is a certified consultant with the human resource and personnel policy firm Bent Ericksen & Associates, as well as being their lead certified consultant for Drake P3. Drake P3 is a tool that is used for hiring, team building, leadership development and employee motivation. Fran coaches others on how to achieve their goals and “make the impossible possible.”
Fran is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), Career Fusion Leadership Coach, International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), is a HR Certified Consultant with Bent Ericksen and a Certified Professional Values Coach (CPVC).

She is a member of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants where she has authored a chapter in The Powerful Practice, Vol 1 and is a contributing author in the ADA book, CEO Crash Course: A Dentists Guide to Practice Leadership.
